Amber Job organized – Job Shadowing Event in Kos island

In September 2025, Amber Job organized a job shadowing program on the island of Kos, Greece 🇬🇷.
We were delighted to welcome our partner schools from Spain and Lithuania 🇪🇸🇱🇹 for several inspiring days that combined professional exchange, hotel insights, and cultural experiences.

During the program, participants stayed at a 5-star luxury resort in Kos, enjoying warm hospitality while gaining valuable behind-the-scenes insight into the daily operations of 4–5 star hotels. The group explored key departments such as Reception, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, SPA, and Entertainment, gaining a practical understanding of how international hotel teams work ✨.

An informative Amber Job presentation was held in a relaxed setting, focusing on internship conditions, accommodation, duration, and opportunities for additional income within the Erasmus+ framework. Participants also met industry professionals and exchanged ideas about future internship placements, strengthening cooperation between education providers and the hospitality sector 🤝.

Alongside the professional activities, the program offered time to experience the unique atmosphere of Kos Island, blending learning with cultural discovery, informal networking, and shared moments 🌊☀️.

This mobility experience supported long-term collaboration between schools, hotels, and internship providers, while offering valuable insight into Erasmus+ internship opportunities in Greece.
