As the academic year gets into full swing, the Amber Job team has been busy traveling to our partner schools to reunite with the incredible students who spent their summer completing Erasmus+ internships in the professional kitchens, luxury front desks, and vibrant entertainment departments of Greece and Cyprus.
There is nothing we love more than sitting down with our "Champions" and hearing their summer stories. From the first day of nerves in a high-pressure 5β resort to the final day of tears saying goodbye to their international "work family," the transformation is always breathtaking.
This season, our students achieved incredible milestones:
Mastering the Craft: Culinary students worked alongside world-class chefs, perfecting Mediterranean flavors and high-volume service.
Breaking Barriers: Hospitality and Business students improved their professional English and learned to navigate multicultural environments with ease.
Global Networking: Many of our 2024 trainees have already received "open door" invitations to return for senior roles next year!
During our recent visits, we were honored to personally present our students with their Certificates of Attendance and special Amber Job gifts. While the certificate is a vital addition to their CVs, the true reward is the confidence they brought back home.
