The search for the stars of Summer 2023 is officially on! This week, the Amber Job team has been traveling across Lithuania on a very special mission: finding the most energetic, creative, and talented students to join the Entertainment & Animation departments of our 4–5⭐ partner resorts in Greece and Cyprus.
From Vilnius to Kaunas and Klaipėda, we’ve had the absolute pleasure of witnessing an incredible display of talent. Whether it was dance, sports coaching, or kids' club management, the Lithuanian spirit is ready to shine on the international stage!
Our casting sessions weren't just about "performing"—they were about finding personalities that can light up a room. We met students from various backgrounds, including:
Performing Arts & Dance: Ready to take center stage in evening Broadway-style shows.
Sports & Fitness: Enthusiasts prepared to lead morning yoga, beach volleyball, and aqua-aerobics.
Childcare & Education: Creative souls who can turn a "Kids' Club" into a world of magic and adventure.
Language & Communication: Students eager to use their multilingual skills to host international guests.
Working in hotel entertainment is one of the most demanding yet rewarding ways to spend a summer. During our meetings, we shared how these roles help students develop public speaking skills, team leadership, and extraordinary resilience.
