In March 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting an inspiring staff mobility program in beautiful Lithuania, welcoming participants from Seville, Spain. Over the course of a full week, teachers and international office representatives experienced an immersive journey where hospitality meets culture, history, and local traditions.
The 7-day program offered a unique combination of professional development, networking opportunities, and unforgettable cultural exploration. Participants engaged in collaborative discussions and insightful visits, gaining practical knowledge to take back to their home institutions.
But it wasn’t all work! The program also highlighted the rich Lithuanian culture and heritage, from historic landmarks to local traditions, allowing participants to experience the country in a way few visitors do.
