At Amber Job, we believe that some of the most impactful leadership lessons come from working with our youngest guests! Today, we’re featuring Klaudia from Poland, who turned her passion for creativity into a professional milestone as a Kids Club Animator.
Klaudia’s role was centered on energy, safety, and imagination. In a high-standard resort environment, she was responsible for transforming a holiday into an adventure for children of all ages.
Her key responsibilities included:
Activity Design: Organizing daily programs featuring arts and crafts, sports contests, and team-building exercises.
Parental Relations: Acting as a trusted point of contact for parents, providing updates and ensuring total peace of mind while their children were in her care.
Inclusive Environment: Tailoring her approach to ensure every child—from toddlers to teenagers—felt valued and included.
Klaudia’s internship provided a rigorous training ground for several high-level professional skills:
Adaptive Communication: Learning to switch communication styles instantly to meet the needs of different age groups and nationalities.
High-Level Teamwork: Collaborating closely with the wider entertainment team to synchronize large-scale hotel events.
Problem-Solving & Positivity: Maintaining a supportive atmosphere even during the busiest hours of the season.
