While many interns begin in support roles, our student took on significant responsibilities within the Residences department of the hotel. Managing this exclusive area required a blend of technical skill and personalized service:

  • Guest Concierge: Serving as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and managing essential logistics, such as coordinating local transportation and taxi services.

  • Operational Hub: Acting as the vital link between guests and other hotel departments to ensure every request was handled with precision.

  • The "Key" to Comfort: Handling the day-to-day essentials—from managing towel services to resolving room access issues—ensuring that even small hiccups never interrupted a guest's vacation.

📈 Scaling the Professional Ladder

Before taking ownership of the Residences, our intern mastered the foundational "engine" of the hotel: the Main Reception. By learning the intricacies of check-ins and check-outs, they gained a holistic understanding of the guest journey, from the first "Welcome" to the final "Safe travels."
