In mid-July, the Amber Job team traveled to the beautiful island of Kos to visit our dedicated trainees during the height of the summer season. Our primary focus was meeting with students currently completing their internships within Food & Beverage departments at our 4–5★ partner resorts. 🍹
These on-site visits are a core part of our commitment to student success. We met with each trainee individually to ensure their integration into the hotel teams was going smoothly and to verify that their living and working conditions met our high standards. Seeing our students manage busy service hours with professionalism and a smile was a highlight of the trip! ✨
Beyond the "check-in," these visits provide us with invaluable insights into the daily life of an intern.
